摘　　要：在汶川地震伤员救治中,康复医学无论在抢救期及康复期都发挥了重大作用。通过多学科协作救治、康复早期干预、功能锻炼、特殊器具的使用和心理社会支持,达到助残展能、康复身心的目的;建立四级医疗卫生网络,争取灾后重建项目,开展地震康复课题研究,为地震伤员提供全面康复服务。In Wenchuan earthquake, medical rehabilitation played an important role in medical rescue and in reconstruction. Medical rehabilitation was essential to help the injured and people with disability developing functional ability and integrate with the society by means of early involvement, functional training, use of special devices and psychosocial support. Establishing four level of network, striving for the after-calamity reconstruction item, expansion the research of rehabilitation provided the comprehensive recovery service for the earthquake casualty.
