中药水晶丹外敷防治静脉输液外渗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察水晶丹外敷治疗静脉输液外渗的疗效。方法选取静脉输液外渗引起局部肿胀、疼痛的患者72例,分成治疗组和对照组各36例,治疗组使用中药水晶丹外敷,对照组用50%硫酸镁湿敷。结果治疗组总有效率94.12%,对照组总有效率81.25%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论中药水晶丹有较好的清热解毒、消肿止痛的疗效,外敷治疗静脉输液外渗操作简单、安全、经济实用,无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of external application of Shuijing Dan on intravenous extravasation. Methods 72 venous extravasation patients with local swell and pain were randomly assigned to Shuijing Dan external application group （treatment group） and 50% Magnesium Sulfate hydropathic compress group （control group, 36 cases in each group）. Results The total effective rate was 94. 12% in the treatment group and 81.25% in the control group. There was significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Shuijing Dan has good effects on heat-clearing and detoxificating, and swell- and pain-relieving. Its external application is simple, safe, economic, and practical and is proved to have little side effect; meanwhile its therapeutic effect is significantly better than Magnesium Sulfate.
