摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者骨保护素与骨量变化之间的关系。方法选择2型糖尿病患者60例,均行双能X线骨密度(BMD)测定和骨保护素测定,并进行各项生化指标检测。结果2型糖尿病骨密度和骨保护素之间有明显相关性,有统计学意义。结论测定2型糖尿病患者的骨保护素水平能反映其骨密度变化。Objective To study the relationship of the changes of serum osteoprotegerin (OPG) level with bone mineral density (BMD) and biochemical index of metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients. Methods Fasting blood glucose, HbAlc, serum insulin, bone mineral density (BMD) (femoral bone), bone metabolic parameters [such as serum calcium, alkaline phosphatase] , as well as serum OPG in 60 T2DM patients were measured by detected enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Serum OPG levels in diabetes group increased in an BMD-dependent manner.he serum OPG level was positively correlated with age and HbA1c, but negatively with BMD. Conclusion Serum OPG may play an important role in the genesis and progress of diabetes with osteoporosis. OPG may be a main reason for diabetic osteoporosis. Serum OPG level can be used as one of the reference indices for the diagnosis of diabetic osteoporosis.
