摘　　要：用ＨｙｐｅｒｓｉｌＯＤＳ色谱柱，以甲醇－水－磷酸（６０∶４０∶０．１８）为流动相，采用反相高效液相色谱法测定血浆中格列吡嗪浓度。方法回收率高，结果准确，重现性好。HPLC method for the determination of glipizide in plasma was developed. The chromatographic conditions were: mobile phase, methanolwaterphosphoric acid (60∶40∶0.18);column, Hypersil ODS(4.5 i d×250mm); flow rate, 0.8ml/min; column temperature, 60°C. The UV detector (275nm). Response was linear over a range of 20￣1000ng/ml. The average recovery and precision of the method were satisfactory.
