摘　　要：目的:将飞利浦BV25 GOLD C型臂线控手柄改制成无线遥控,使其在手术中摆脱手控线的局限性,可以达到更加安全的操控性。方法:通过对市场上的车用报警器(摩托车用报警器)进行了分析并做了相应的改制。结果:在不改变原设备的基础上,利用该报警器改制后的遥控手柄,加装后使用性能稳定操作简单,完全取代了原配线控手柄。结论:使用改制遥控器后的BV25 GOLD C型臂可以实现与新型号的C型臂机同样的操作功能,整套系统改制所产生的费用又相当低廉,值得推广。Objective： To reform the wire-controlled handpiece C arm into wireless remote control of Philips BV25 GOLD , in order to obtain more secure in management without limitation of control wire. Methods： Analysising and changing the structure of its arm of alarm for motorcycles on market. Results： Based on original equipment of Philips BV25 GOLD, adding remote control handpiece instead of wire-controlled handpiece C arm, and this change worked stably and simply. Conclusion： Wireless remote control of Philips BV25 GOLD can operated in same function compared with the wire-controlled model, and the cost of reforming is inexpensive, so the wireless remote controlled C arm of Philips BV25 GOLD deserves further applications.
