摘 要:车身内部布置是一个经常需要反复协调、修改、完善与评价的过程,汽车舒适性评价是车身内部布置中的一项重要内容。通过建立坐姿舒适性评价模型和内部空间评价模型,并根据模糊综合评判原理建立乘坐舒适性综合评判方法。利用内部空间尺寸作为评价指标对内部空间舒适度进行模糊评价,以此来建立内部空间舒适性评价模型。实现了对汽车内部布置舒适性的评价,并以实例验证了其实用性。Autobody inner packaging is a process that needs to coordinate, amend, improve and evaluate often, and automobile comfort assessment is an important part of inner packaging. The comfort assessment of automobile inner packaging has been implemented through the establishment of an evaluation model on sitting-posture comfort and internal space. The model on internal space is built by using internal dimensions around the manikin as evaluation indexes. The comfort evaluation system of automobile internal layout has been developed and the feasibility of the present method has been verified with an example of comfort evaluation.
