摘 要:主要针对一次可收获两行玉米,并且整机体积要小,转弯半径要小,操作要方便,保养维修要简单安全,采用液压折腰转向原理对自走式玉米收获机进行设计研究,达到整机结构配置新颖独特,实现收获自走式,集穗箱拖车式;使转弯半径达到2.5m,工作部件摘穗辊设计为"螺旋圆锥凸棱组合式",具有摄取能力强,籽粒损失少的作用。The research is mainly aimed at harvesting two rows of the maize by one time, both the whole machine's volume and the turning radius are small, which is convenient to operate, easy and safe to maintain and repair. The design and research is done based on the theory of hydraulic roll-waist to change direction to get self-propelled maize harvester. The structure of the complete appliance is new and unique, the machine is designed self-propelled, the cluster trunk is designed as a trailer. The design can reduce the turning radius to 2.5 m. As the main work part, the pick roller is designed as combination of the taper with screw and convex square edge, so that to get better grabbing ability and less grain loss.
