河北引种枸杞长期毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察大鼠连续给予河北引种枸杞是否产生毒性反应。方法：河北引种枸杞水提液每日以２０ｇ／ｋｇ、３０ｇ／ｋｇ连续灌胃４周，观察一般情况、血常规、血液生化及组织学指标变化，停药２周后观察恢复期变化。结果：河北引种枸杞两个剂量组除可增加白细胞总数、单核细胞及淋巴细胞的数量，增加胸腺脏器系数外，各项指标未见明显异常改变。结论：河北引种枸杞无明显毒性反应的剂量为３０ｇ／ｋｇ。Objective:To demonstrate whether Hebei lycium has toxic effects on rats.Methods:Extract from Hebei lycium 20g or 30g/kg was administered intragastrically to SD rats daily for 4 weeks.The physical state,routine blood biochemical examination and histological structures of main organs were investigated.Results:The total number of leukocyte,the rates of monocyte and lymphocyte,and weight of thymus were increased and the other indexes observed were normal in the experimental rat.Conclusion:Hebei lycium is not toxic with a maximal dosage of 30g/kg for 28 days.
