摘　　要：国外数字信息服务评估研究多采取由权威机构牵头设立大型研究项目的形式开展。这种以大型项目为依托的研究策略在资源保障、研究范围扩展、获取支助、跨领域合作和实证研究方面均体现出显著的优势。我国数字信息服务评估研究可借鉴国外成功经验,调整研究策略,拓宽研究思路,尽快推出符合我国实际的数字信息服务评估体系。The digital information service assessment researches in foreign countries mostly are carried out in the form of large-scale research projects which are often led by authoritative institutions. The research strategy of large-scale research project has many advantages in resources guarantee, the improvement of research scope, getting support, cross-cutting cooperation and field-testing. So we should learn their successful experiences, and refine our research strategies, and expand our research ideas. Then we can come up with the digital information service assessment systems consistent with the actual situation in China as Soon as possible.
