摘　　要：本文分析了上海软件产业的发展现状和存在问题,并在分析世界软件产业发展的最新趋势的基础上,提出上海软件产业的发展策略:结合上海发展创意产业和先进制造业,发展游戏产业、嵌入式软件、IC设计等;推进软件产业国际化、重视发展软件服务,以及支持软件企业的融资等。The paper analyzes Shenzhen, and on the basis of the development strategies of S present situations and problems of software industry in Shanghai and latest development trends of software industry in the world, puts forward hanghai software industry： in combination with Shanghai developing creative industry and advanced manufacturing, developing internet games, embedded softwares , IC designing and so on, and impelling internationalization of software industry, and attaching importance to software services, and supporting financing of software enterprises, etc.
