摘　　要：论述了基于MVC的科研成果管理系统的开发,以及在实际应用中的设计方法.讲述了系统开发中遇到的难点和解决方法.最后,描述了单体模式在系统中的应用.This paper deals with the development of managerial system of scientific research result based on MVC and design method using it in practice. Difficulties in developing the system and the solution are illustrated. Finally,the application of singleton pattern is depicted in this system.
