摘  要:以乙酸盐和草酸为原料,采用室温固相配位反应制得Cu0.30Ni0.66Mn2.04(C2O4)·nH2O复合草酸盐,将该草酸盐在800℃煅烧2h,得到尖晶石相Cu0.30Ni0.66Mn2.04O4复合氧化物粉体。该氧化物粉体粒径均匀细小,一次粒径为-150nm;烧结活性较高,在1050℃烧结5h制得的热敏陶瓷相对密度高达-97%。A mixed oxalate Cu0.30Ni0.66Mn2.04 (C2O4)3·nH2O was synthesized by a route of solid-state coordination reaction at room temperature, using metal acetate and oxalic acid as raw materials. Spinel-structured Cu0.3Ni0.66,Mn2.04O4powder with high sintering activity and a primary particle size of -150 nm was obtained by calcining the oxalate in air at 800 ℃ for 2 h. Dense Cu0.3Ni0.66, Mn2.04O4 ceramics with a relative density as high as-97% were achieved by sintering powder compacts at a lower temperature of 1050 ℃ for 5 h.
