摘 要:将平板膜-生物反应器与A/O工艺相结合,在前期小试的基础上构建了A/O-MBR脱氮中试系统,考察系统稳定性和污水处理效果。结果表明,在MBR段污泥浓度18~21g·L-1、HRT4.4~4.8h、回流比300%的条件下,对COD、NH3-N、TN的平均去除率较高,分别为95.9%、98.2%、76.1%;同时研究发现MBR段DO浓度对系统TN的去除率有较大的影响,在DO浓度为0.4~0.5mg·L-1时系统TN的平均去除率较DO浓度为1.2mg·L-1以上时提高了12%。A pilot-scale of nitrogen removal system was constructed based on the combined theory of flat-sheet membrane bioreactor (MBR) and A/O process, and the conclusions of previous lab-scale experiments. The system stability and treatment efficiency of domestic wastewater were also explored in this paper. The results showed that: during the operation period, the average removal efficiency of COD, NH3-N and Total Nitrogen (TN) were 95.9% ,98.2% ,76.1%, respectively, under the condition of 18-21 g·L^-1 of MLSS in MBR, 4.4-4.8 h of HRT and 300% of return ratio. Meanwhile, the significant impact of dissolved oxygen (DO) in MBR on the TN removal efficiency was found in the experiment. The TN removal efficiency with 0.4-0.5 mg·L^-1 of DO in MBR was 12%, which is higher than that under the condition of 1.2 mg·L^-1 and up of DO.
