摘　　要：产权一体化与产权本质有着内在的联系,产权一体化的演进及其方式选择从一个侧面反映了产权本质的社会规定性。产权一体化不仅有内化一体化模式,而且有外化一体化模式。20世纪90年代以来,产权一体化交易中已出现了一些新的运作方式。Property integration is intrinsically linked to the essence of property rights. To some extent, the evolution and selection of property integration reflect the social provisions of the essence of property rights. Meanwhile, property integration has two modes, that is, internalization and externalization. Since the 1990s, some new operations of property integration transaction have appeared.
