摘　　要：为了鉴别各种动物纤维,正确区分动物的种属,试验对6种动物毛皮做横切面并观察其形态,讨论了横切面形态观察法的利弊,并推广此种定性方法。结果表明,不同种的动物毛纤维具有独特的表面形态特征,在内部超微结构上存在着明显的差别。Transverse section about several typos of animal fur were done and observed,discussed the pros and cons of transverse section morphology, and popularized such qualitative methods. The observation results were shown that there were unique characteristic for the fibers of different animals and clear difference on the their inner ultra structure. The observation results also provide a reliable basis for the discrimination of different fibers and the distinguish of the animal - generic.
