摘　　要：首先简单介绍了连铸的生产工艺,然后从系统结构、系统组态与画面生成以及二冷水回路等方面介绍了国产DJK-7500分散型控制系统成功应用于板坯连铸,实现连铸生产过程的自动控制.给出了二冷水的配水模型.Fust, the Process of the continuous casting production is introduced. Then the successful application of the home made distributed control system of DJK - 7500 in implementing automatic control for continuous casting of slabs is presented from some fields, i.e. the system architecture, system configuration, display generation and the secondary cooling water control loop, etc. . The water distribution model is given.
