不同萃取条件对分光光度法测定烟草中尼古丁含量的影响

摘　　要：采用酸提取法将干燥的烟末中的尼古丁提出,研究了不同萃取条件对分光光度法测定烟草中尼古丁含量的影响,总结出了分光光度法测定烟草中尼古丁的条件。此方法建立了快速简便、灵敏度高的测定烟草及制品中烟碱含量的萃取分光光度法。Nicotine is extracted from tobacco which was in 100 mL taper bottle using the acid. The experiment studied the different extract conditions of the spectrophotometric method to influence the content of nicotine in tobacco. At the end, summary extract conditions of the spectrophotometric method to determine the contem of nicotine in tobacco. The method showed good accuracy and reproducibility. Good results ace obtained for the determination of nicotine in tobacco and tobacco products.
