摘  要:铸造充型凝固过程的数值模拟已成为铸造领域最热门的研究课题之一。目前,凝固过程的温度场数值模拟及缩孔缩松预测已应用于实际生产,充型、热应力、微观组织等基础研究及实用化进程亦取得很大进展。Mold filling and solidification process simulation plays an important role in optimizing the risering and gating design,in minimizing the trial production period, in reducing the manufacturing cost and in assuring the soundness and the quality of castings. Therefore,it becomes one of the hottest topics at the research frontier in foundry technology. Practical 3-D computer numerical simulation system for temperature distribution during solidification as well as shrinkage cavity and porosity prediction has already been put into application. Great progress has been made in fundamental research on mold filling, thermal stress and micro-structure as well as in practical approaches of numerical simulation.
