摘 要:介绍了输油臂紧急分离装置的组成及功能,该装置的紧急分离接头为双球阀结构,具有较高的可靠性和密封性。球阀操纵油缸为内藏液压行程开关的单向差动液压缸,可以提高关闭速度。电液控制系统由插装阀系统构成,蓄能器做辅助能源有利于节约能源。建立了电液控制系统的数学模型,并进行了理论分析和试验分析。结果表明:理论分析与试验结果基本吻合,为优化设计提供了理论依据。The structure and function of loading arms emergency release device (REC) were introduced, which is composed of emergency release coupling and electric hydraulic control system. The emergency release coupling adopts double ball valve, which has high reliability. The operator cylinder of ball valve is a differential cylinder with a hydraulic stroke switch, which can increase the shutoff speed. The electric hydraulic control system is composed of cartridge valves system. With accumulator as an auxiliary energy, the energy can be saved. The mathematic model of electric hydraulic control system was established, and the theory analysis and test analysis were carried. The theoretical analysis results agree well with the experimental results.
