摘　　要：研究了基于知识的智能故障诊断方法和过程实现,对故障知识采用人机交互以及数据挖掘相结合的方法,采用了基于本体的语义知识表达来实现专家经验知识的表述。阐述了故障诊断自组织过程的实现过程。以PZ4650胶印机为例,进行了有关诊断决策与评价分析。The fault diagnosis method based on knowledge was discussed. It adopts the interactive man-machine method and data excavation to solve the problem of fault knowledge expression, and uses the semantics knowledge expression based on ontology to express expert experience knowledge. The realization of fault diagnosis self-organizing process was illustrated. The fault diagnosis decision and evaluation was carried out for a PZA650 offset printer.
