摘 要:建立了回转窑实验装置,通过冷态实验研究了回转窑转速、斜度、内径、窑尾挡料圈高度等操作参数和结构参数对物料停留时间及回转窑产量的影响.结果表明,当转速小于4 r/min时,物料停留时间缩短程度显著,高于4 r/min时,缩短趋势平缓;随着窑斜度和窑尾挡料圈高度的增加,物料停留时间同样缩短;窑产量随着转速、斜度和窑尾挡料圈高度的增加而增大;当转速小于3 r/min时,窑产量增幅明显,高于3 r/min时,窑产量的增加程度降低;随着窑尾挡料圈高度的增加,窑产量增加显著;同时加料管的安装位置对回转窑的产量也有较大的影响.A lab-scale experimental setup was provided to investigate the influencing factors on the carbon output from a rotary calcining kiln, such as rotating speed, kiln slope, kiln inner diameter and height of dam at kiln tail. The results indicated that the mean residence time in kiln is shortened greatly if the rotating speed is lower than 4 r/min and shortened moderately if higher than 4 r/min, and the time is shortened as well with the increasing kiln slope and height of dam. The carbon output from the kiln increases greatly if the rotating speed is lower than 3 r/min and its increment lowers if higher than 3 r/min, and the output increases greatly with the increasing height of dam. In addition, the position where the feeding pipe is mounted in also affects obviously the output from the kiln.
