国内外新型水力旋流器的发展与应用

摘　　要：综述了国内外近年来最新研发的水力旋流器及其特点,以及在矿山、煤矿和油田中的应用。其中国内旋流器有过滤式水力旋流器、充气水力旋流器、复合型动态水力旋流器和三产品重介旋流器,国外旋流器有不锈钢水力旋流器、Krebs g-Max旋流器、聚丙烯水力旋流器、微型旋流器、CANMET水力旋流器和带冲洗水流的旋流器等。旋流器在矿山的广泛应用说明它用作分级设备的地位不可动摇。The newly invented hydrocyclones and their characteristics are summarized. Their applications in mines, collieries and oil fields are introduced. The domestic hydrocyclones, such as filtering hydrocyclone, air sparged hydrocyclone, compound dynamic hydrocyclone and three-product dense-medium cyclone are presented. The overseas hydrocyclones, such as stainless steel hydrocyclone, Krebs gMax cyclone, polypropylene hydrocyclone, mini-cyclone, CANMET hydrocyclone and water injected hydrocyclone and so on are introduced. The wide applications of hydrocyclones in mines show the unshakeable status of hydrocyclones as the classification devices.
