摘　　要：通过对冷轧薄板连续退火线断带情况进行统计分析,得知其断带发生的部位多集中在连续退火炉内,断带原因主要表现在原料、设备及操作等方面。并且在不同生产阶段发生断带的原因各不相同。According to the statistics and analysis on the strip breakages of continuous annealing line, it is found that most strip breakages occur inside furnace, and the reasons about strip breakages mainly lie in the aspects of raw material, equipment and operation etc. Meanwhile it is also found that there are some different reasons of strip breakages during different production periods.
