摘　　要：根据济钢厚板3#步进加热炉控制系统的特点,结合传热理论,开发出集信号检测技术、自动化PLC技术、计算机网络通讯技术、数学模型技术、应用软件接口技术及数据库存储技术于一体的加热炉在线三维温度场的数值模拟系统,实现了铸坯在加热炉内的动态跟踪及动态温度分布,解决了钢坯温度不能在线检测的难题,实际运行结果表明,经济效益显著。The online temperature field simulation system of No.3 walking beam slab reheating furnace in Jigang is developed integrated heat transfers theory,signal detection, automatization PLC, network communication, mathematical mode, application interface and database technique based on the character of the reheating furnace.The system can track the movement and temperature of the slab resolving the undetection problem of the slab online. The practice of Jigang indicates the system can make great benefit.
