基于科学发展观的基层党组织建设的思考

摘　　要：随着改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济的不断发展,党的基层组织建设在思想观念、组织设置、工作内容和工作方法等方面存诸多不适应。因此,在新的历史时期,加强基层党组织建设一定要强化科学发展思想、强化以人为本的理念、强化与时俱进意识、强化统筹观念;提高队伍素质、推行科学创新、倡行求真务实,以促进基层党组织的建设。With the deepening of the reform and opening up and the developing of social marketing system, the ideology, organization setting-up, working content and working measures are not suitable to the construction of Party organizations at primary level. Therefore, in the new era, the construction must be strengthened by deepening the concept of the scientific development, the people-orientation concept, keeping abreast with the era, making overall plans, meanwhile, improving party members quality, pushing scientific innovation, spreading the spirit of seeking truth and realism.
