摘　　要：针对ATR效能评估现有研究的不足方面,重点研究了ATR效能的概念,建立了作战能力指标体系和基于灰色关联分析法的作战能力评估模型,并对指标体系的合理性和评估方法的适用性进行了分析,解决了ATR效果评估所涉及的部分重要问题。Current studies on Automatic Target Recognition （ATR） performance evaluation has certain deficiency, thus we made study on the concept of ATR performance, established a combat effectiveness evaluation quota system and a performance evaluation model based on Gray Correlation Analysis. The rationality of the indexes and the applicability of the evaluation model were analyzed, and some important problems in ATR performance evaluation were solved.
