摘  要:采用超临界CO2萃取技术从聚乙烯醇缩丁醛塑料中萃取了增塑剂。探讨了不同萃取条件(CO2流量、萃取时间、萃取压力、萃取温度、夹带剂种类、增塑剂含量)对增塑剂收率的影响。研究表明,最佳萃取时间为180min、萃取压力为25MPa、萃取温度为55℃、CO2流量为25L/h、夹带剂为200mL石油醚,增塑剂收率达到78.26%,萃取后树脂和增塑剂的结构组成均未发生改变。Plasticizer in polyvinylbutyral (PVB) plastic was extracted by means of supercritical CO2 fluid. The effects of different extraction conditions ( the flow rate of CO2, the time, pressure and temperature of extraction, the variety of entrainer, and the content of plasticizer) on the yield of the plasticizer were discussed. The results showed the best extraction conditions were to extract for 180 min, under pressure of 25 MPa, at temperature of 55 ℃, with the flow rate of CO2 of 25 L / h, and taking 200 mL petroleum ether as entrainer, by which the plasticizer yield reached to 78.26%, and the performance and structure of the resin and plasticizer did not change after being extracted.
