摘  要:为使头盔微光夜视镜的重量更轻,同时保证其较好的成像性能,分析了光学塑料的特性及其加工,通过引入高次塑料非球面,设计了含有3个高次塑料非球面的6片式微光夜视物镜。该物镜具有大视场(40°)、小F数(F/1.25)、小畸变(1%)的特点,光学传递函数在空间频率40 lp/mm时,轴上传函≥0.6,轴外传函≥0.4,满足微光夜视物镜成像要求。相对具有同样性能的传统物镜系统,总长41 mm,为传统物镜的82.6%,重量13.3 g,仅为传统物镜的32.7%。为头盔式微光夜视系统减重设计提供了一个新的参考思路。To guarantee good imaging performance of helmet-mounted night vision goggles while keeping light weight, the characteristics and machining of optical plastic are described. By introducing high-order aspheric surfaces on plastic elements, a six-element object lens containing three high-order plastic aspheric surfaces was designed for a night vision goggles. The object lens has a large field of view(2ω =40°) , small F number (F/1.25), small distortion(≤1%). At the spatial frequency of 40 lp/mm, the on-axis Optical Transfer Function(OTF) of the object lens is not less than 0.6 and the off-axis OTF is not less than 0.4, which can fulfill the requirements of a high performance low-light-level imaging system. Compared with a traditional objective system with equivalent performance, the total track of the object lens with high-order plastic aspheric surfaces is 41 rnm, 82. 6% of the traditional objective; and the weight is 13.3 g, only 32. 7% of the traditional objective. It supplies a new method for weight-decreasing design of the of night vision goggles.
