摘  要:研究合成的磷酸酯型两性淀粉性能、用量、体系pH值及硫酸铝对漂白桉木浆Zeta电位及纸张强度性能的影响。结果表明,合成的3种两性淀粉DSA/DSC均大于0.5,显负电性,其中DSC为0.057、DSA为0.029的MS-1样对浆料Zeta影响及纸张强度性能影响相对最大;当浆料Zeta电位随着两性淀粉MS-1用量的增加趋于稳定时,说明其已达到最佳用量;在pH5~7范围内,两性淀粉MS-1对体系Zeta电位变化的影响不大,对纸张强度性能没有明显影响;两性淀粉MS-1在一定范围内能有效屏蔽浆料中硫酸铝水解物(阳离子),体系Zeta电位变化相对稳定,对纸页强度性能影响不大。In the paper, the influence of performance of synthesized phosphate amphoteric starch, its dosage, the pulp pH value and amount of Al2 (SO4)3 on Zeta potential and paper strength properties were studied. The results showed that DSA/DSc of three samples synthesized in this study were more than 0.5 which shown electronegativity. The MS-1 sample (DSC=0.057,DSA=0.029) had the most important influence on furnish Zeta potential and paper strength; With the increase dosage of MS-1, Zeta potential tended to be stable indicating the dosage had attained optimum level; When pH value of the pulp ranged from 5 to 7, the MS-1 sample had little effect on variation of furnish Zeta potential and paper strength properties; The MS-1 sample could eliminate the effect of aluminum sulfate hydrolysate to some extent, which made variation of pulp Zeta potential relatively stable and had little influence on paper strength properties.
