摘　　要：目的:探讨P质量控制图在医疗安全监控预警系统中的应用。方法:通过探讨P(NP)-chart的适用条件来模拟医疗安全监控预警系统中的适用指标,为预警信息发布提供预警资料。结果:P图能为医疗安全预警系统提供有效预警信息。结论:p图是医疗安全监控预警系统可采用的预警手段之一。Objective To explore the application of P-Quality Control Chart in medical safety monitoring system. Methods： To Confirm the P-Chart indicators in medical safety monitoring system for providing early warning information by exploring the application. Results： The P-Chart can provide effective early warning information for medical safety monitoring system such as the P-chart for service attitude problems show that the number of service attitude problems in May 2007 was much more compared to other months. Conclusion： The p-chart is one of effective warning methods in the medical safety monitoring system.
