摘　　要：2007年,国内制造业环境发生了巨大的变化,成本上升、人民币持续升值、国家出口退税政策和加工贸易政策的调整、国外贸易壁垒日渐增多,很多制造型企业已面临生死抉择,而国际化和国际产业的转移更是令中国制造业雪上加霜,中国制造业在国际分工体系中的地位如何,可以从全球价值链的角度对这一问题进行分析。In 2007, domestic manufacturing environment has changed dramatically, rising costs, the continued appreciation of the renminbi, the state export tax rebate policy and the processing trade policy adjustments, the increase in the number of foreign trade barriers, many manufactur- ing enterprises have been facing life and death decisions, and international and International industrial transfer to China the manufacturing sector is worse, What＇ s China＇ s manufacturing industry in the international division of labor in the status？ the paper from the perspective of the global value chain will analysis this issue.
