摘　　要：介绍语音报警器的设计方法,着重介绍专用语音处理芯片和GAL器件在报警器中应用,对报警器有加密保护能力.The design method for voice annuciator is presented. The applications of the dedicated voice processing chip and GAL device in annuciators and the security function are introduced emphatically.
