摘　　要：目的探讨经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术后并发创伤性精神障碍患者的护理要点。方法回顾性总结本科室2006年1月～2008年1月经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术后并发创伤性精神障碍3例患者的护理体会,包括术前充分评估患者、心理护理、环境要求、营养、防止意外、术后出血的观察等。结果3例术后并发创伤性精神障碍患者均康复出院。结论加强对手术后患者精神障碍的观察和护理,可以帮助护理人员进一步了解患者的心理状况,以便采取针对性的对策,从而达到患者心身全面康复的目的。Objective To explore the nursing points in caring patients complicated with traumatic mental disorder after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. Methods Nursing points in caring three patients complicated with traumatic mental disorder after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy from January 2006 to January 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Preoperative assessment of patients＂ condition, psychological nursing, environment demands, nutrition, prevention of accidents and postoperative bleeding were observed. Result The three patients complicated with traumatic mental disorder were all discharged after recovery. Conclusion Careful post-operative observation and nursing help nurses understand patients＂ mental state, and accelerate patients＂ mental and physical recovery.
