摘　　要：T细胞免疫球蛋白及黏蛋白域家族是一个影响Th1／Th2细胞分化的基因家族。T细胞免疫球蛋白及粘蛋白域蛋白4（TIM4）是TIM家族的一个成员，主要表达于树突状细胞和巨噬细胞。TIM4与TIM1结合后参与对Th2细胞的激活，影响机体的免疫功能：TIM4同时是一个黏附分子，其与磷脂酰丝氨酸结合后可介导巨噬细胞对凋亡细胞的吞噬。另外，TIM4与儿童过敏性鼻炎，过敏性哮喘之间存在着遗传相关性，T cell imnamoglobulin domain and mucin domain（TIM） is a gene family which regulates the differentiation of Thl/Th2 cells. TIM4. a member of TIM family, is mainly expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages. The int,-raction of TIM4 and TIM1 participates in the activation of Th2 cells which influence the immunological function. TIM4 is an adhesive molecule. The binding of TIM4 to posphatidylserine could mediate the phagocytosis of apoptotic cells by macrophages. In addition, TIM4 is genetically associated with childhood atopic dermatitis and atopic asthma.
