摘 要:目的:探讨脊髓损伤(Spinal cord injury,SCI)后,诱生型一氧化氮酶(Inducible nitric oxide synthase,INOS)与内皮素(En-dothelin,ET)的表达情况。方法:Wistar大鼠36只,随机分成3组,为正常对照组、轻(中)度损伤组和重度损伤组。大鼠在脊髓损伤后14天处死。应用S-P免疫组化法检测INOS和ET表达情况。结果:正常组几乎未见INOS和ET表达,在损伤14天后,轻(中)度脊髓损伤和重度脊髓损伤中的INOS的阳性率分别为14.8%和59.3%,两组有显著性差异(P=0.004)。ET的阳性率分别为11.1%和51.9%,两组有显著性差异(P=0.013)。结论:INOS与ET参与了大鼠脊髓损伤过程,并且与损伤程度相关。Objective: To study the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(INOS) and endothelin(ET) after spinal cord injury in rats. Methods: 36 adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal, mild (moderate) and severe injury groups. The rats were killed at 14 days after spinal cord injury. Expression of INOS and ET was determined with S-P immunohistochemical methods. Results: There were no INOS and ET expression in cells of normal group. 14 days after spinal cord injury, the INOS(ET) levels in mild(moderate) and severe groups were 14.8%(11.1%) and 59.3%(51.9%), respectively; there were significant difference (P=0.004;P=0.013). Conclusions: INOS and ET take part in the process of rats' spinal cord injury. The expression of INOS and ET showed increased tendency with the spinal cord injury degree.
