超声造影评价股浅静脉瓣膜功能的初步应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声造影股浅静脉瓣膜返流时间与瓣膜功能的关系。方法:回顾性分析35例40侧诊断为原发性深静脉功能不全患者的超声造影资料,按照X线顺行静脉造影瓣膜返流分类分为两组,分别记录股浅静脉瓣膜返流时间,并进行两组的差异性分析。结果:统计学分析表明,轻中度组和重度组的返流时间之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:超声造影检查股静脉瓣膜返流时间能够比较准确地提供下肢深静脉的功能情况。Objective： To Explore the relationship between venous reverse time in the first vavle of superficial femoral vein and valvula by contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Methods： Retrospective analysis was carried on data obtained with contrast-enhanced ultra- sound in 35 cases （40 lower limb） with primary deep venous insufficiency （PDVI）. The cases were divided into two groups based on valvular regurgitation by anterograde venography. Venous reverse time was measured in the first vavle of superficial femoral vein separately. Differences between the two groups were analyzed. Results： There are statistical differences between venous reverse time in the mild, midrange group and in the severe group due to the statistical analysis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Venous reverse time in the first vavle of superficial femoral vein gained by contrast-enhanced ultrasound can provide sufficient information of the deep vein in lower limb.
