摘  要:目的:为制定合理的茶园土壤培肥制度,促进上壤良性生态循环。方法:设CK,QY,DW,DY,SW,SY六个处理,研究不同培肥措施下微生物量碳的动态变化以及不同处理对微生物量碳的影响。结果:从全年动态变化来看微生物量碳呈"低-高-低"的变化趋势,QY、DW、DY、SW、SY各处理微生物量碳年平均值分别比CK高出34%、67%、53%、81%、79%;施有机肥与无机肥两个因素之间交互作用无统计学显著差异,施有机肥微生物量碳略高于施无机肥;不同月份之间和不同耕作措施之间交互效应有统计学显著差异,不同月份之间和不同耕作措施间均有统计学显著差异,微生物量含量按月份变化由高到低依次为:10月>8月>6月>4月>12月;不同耕作措施之间由高到低依次为间作三叶草>稻草覆盖>清耕。结论:结合基本统计量输出结果,间作三叶草配合施有机肥培肥效应最好。Objective: For the sake of establishing a rational fertilize mode and promoting virtuous cycle of the soil. Methods: Six treatments (CK, QY,DW,DY,SW,SY) were operated to study the dynamic changes and effects of different fertlize treatments on soil microbial biomass C of tea plantations in Substop Hilly Region. Results: The results showed that the annual variation of microbial biomass C all presented the tendency of"low-high-low" when compared with CK, and the difference of annual average were 34 %, 67 %, 53 %, 81%, 79 % with different treatments (QY,DW,DY,SW,SY)respectively. There was no significant difference between two kinds of fertilizations, and the microbial biomass C with the treatment of organic fertilizer was a little more than that of inorganic fertilizer. The alternative infections were significant among different months and different cultivations. There were significant differences between different months, and the sequence of soil microbial biomass C was Oct〉August〉June〉Apr〉Dec. There were also significant differences when dealt with three leaf grasses of intercropping, the straws cover and CK and the order are: three leaf grasses〉 straw cover〉CK. Conclusion: The three leaf grasses ofintercropping and organic matter have the best efficiency.
