摘　　要：本文从历史角度回顾了新型党际关系的探索轨迹,从现实角度论述了新型党际关系的内涵,并结合当今世界政党政治的发展趋势,指出了发展新型党际关系面临的机遇和挑战,阐明通过发展新型党际关系促进国家关系、为我国的现代化建设营造一个和平友好的国际环境,已成为历史赋予中国共产党人的职责。By tracing back the historic development of new-styled inter-party relationships,expounding its cannotations,and combining the developmental trend of the politics of parties in the present world,this paper points out the opportunities and challenges in developing new-styled inter-party relationships and eclucidates that,it has become a historical responsibility of Chinese Communist members to promote international relations and build a friendly international surroundings for China’s modernization by developing inter-party relationships.
