摘　　要：重复频率脉冲功率技术是一系列高科技研究与前沿研究的基础。开关是重复频率脉冲功率系统中的重要元件,其工作性能决定着整个系统的重复频率输出特性。为此,研究了一种用于触发开关测试的重复频率脉冲电源。该脉冲电源包括主回路、触发回路和控制电路3个部分。在主回路和触发回路中均采用LC串联谐振的方式,用可控硅控制一个大容量电容器,通过电感给一个小容量脉冲电容器充电。主回路的小容量电容器提供通过触发开关主电极的大电流。触发回路的小容量电容器由IGBT控制向脉冲变压器放电,为触发开关提供重复频率的高压触发脉冲。控制电路协调主回路和触发回路各元件的动作时序。在触发开关的实际测试中,该电源的重复频率为1 kHz,输出电流峰值为750 A。Switches are the important components of the repetition rate pulsed power system. The performances of the switches decide the repetition rate output characteristics of the entire system. A repetition rate pulsed power supply for triggered switch test is studied. The power supply is composed of the main circuit, the trigger circuit and the control circuit. The LC series resonance is adopted in both the main circuit and the trigger circuit. A thyristor is used to control a capacitor with high capacitance to charge a capacitor with low capacitance through an inductance. The capacitor with low capacitance in the main circuit provides the high current for the main electrodes of the tested triggered switch. The capacitor with low capacitance in the trigger circuit is controlled by an IGBT to discharge to a pulsed transformer, so as to provide repetition rate high voltage trigger pulses for the tested triggered switch. The control circuit coordinates the operating sequence of the elements in the main circuit and the trigger circuit. During the actual test of the triggered switches, the repetition rate of the power supply reaches 1 kHz, and the amplitude of the output current is 750 A.
