摘 要:在硅橡胶中加入SiO2能显著提高其机械性能,为了研究不同SiO2对硅橡胶材料机械性能的影响,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)等仪器分析技术研究了SiO2的补强机理及对硅橡胶憎水迁移性的影响。试验结果表明颗粒较小的SiO2具有更好的补强效果;通过结构改性增强SiO2在硅橡胶中的分散性可增加硅橡胶材料的机械性能;提高SiO2的含量能增加硅橡胶材料的机械性能,但同时也将降低其憎水迁移性能。通过对两种nm级SiO2的对比试验发现当填料的添加量较低时,颗粒大小对补强效果起主要作用;当填料的添加量较高时,填料在胶中分散的均匀性对补强效果起主要作用。Silica is commonly added to silicone composition to improve the mechanical properties. Silicone rubber with different kind and different level of silica is studied in this paper. The mechanism silica improve the mechanical properties of composite material and the influence on transfer of hydrophobicity of the silicone rubber is analyzed using SEM and FTIR.. The test results show that the more addition of ATH, the better the mechanical properties is achieved, also better dispersion of silica after structure modified will lead to better mechanical properties, but the transfer of hydrophobicity will become more slower. It is found that the particle size plays a more important role in the reinforce effect when the silica loading level is lower. And the dispersion quality plays a more important role in the reinforce effect when the silica loading level is higher.
