摘　　要：海淀检察院2003年至2007年发出各类检察建议共计346篇,通过涉及案件的罪名性质、接受检察建议单位的类别、检察建议内容的分类等方面的调查表明,检察建议工作取得了很大成效:检察建议的回复率逐年攀升;检察建议工作日趋规范化;形成了以检察建议为载体,相关业务部门和职务犯罪预防部门协调配合的工作机制;检察建议的实效性日益突出。同时也存在一些问题,需要通过提高检察建议的法律效力,强化检察建议的针对性和操作性,增强检察建议的执行力以及加强回访考察等,促进检察建议取得实效。The proeturatorial advices totaled 346 issued by the Haidian District People＇s Procuratorate from 2003 to 2007, on which an investigation from aspects of the accusation category involved, function of the organs accepting the advices, and the content assortment of the advices indicates that the procuratorial advice has achieved great effect： the reply percentage of the procuratorial advices has increased annually ; the procuratorial advice work has been gradually regularized; a cooperation working mecha- nism between official crimes prevention department and other relevant departments has formed with the support of the procuratorial advice; and the procuratorial advice has obtained more and more substantial results. However, problems exist at the same time. It should advance the procuratorial advice work by legally validating the advice, intensifying the pertinence and practicability of the advice, and enhancing the power of enforcement of the procuratorial advice.
