摘  要:在25℃、4℃不同温度条件下,用不同浓度的EMS诱发播娘蒿突变。结果表明,播娘蒿的发芽势、发芽率、出苗率和幼苗高度均随EMS浓度的提高而降低;且EMS在4℃时较25℃时对种子影响较小。EMS诱变播娘蒿的适宜浓度在10%和20%之间。Under different conditions when the temperatures were recorded at 25℃ and 4℃,seeds of Descurainia sophia were treated by EMS with different concentrations to induce mutations. The results indicated that the germinative force,grmination percentage,rate of emergence and seedling height were reduced accordingly with the increase of concentration of EMS whenever in use.Moreover,the influence of EMS in use under 4℃ was less than under 25℃.The suitable concentration of EMS used to induce the plant was recorded between 1.0 and 2.0%.
