摘　　要：SMEs作为区域自主创新的行为主体,需要不断提升自主创新能力。针对SMEs自主创新现状及面临的主要问题,从区域创新网络的角度出发,设计适宜的自主创新动态联盟,实现SMEs的持续创新。SMEs,as the behvorial agents of regional self-innovation, require constant promotion of self-innovation ability. Based on an analysis of the current situations and the major problems in SMEs,the designing of suitable and dynamic self-innovation alliances from the perspective of regional innovative network is an effective approach to the realization of sustainable self-innovation in small and medium enterprises.
