摘　　要：在对比了美、日、英3个发达国家的科技计划项目管理模式的基础上,指出我国目前科技计划项目管理模式存在立项评估科学性不高、项目管理办法简单、项目管理缺乏节点控制、项目管理缺乏风险防范意识、项目结题验收准备不充分5个方面的问题,并提出了切实可行的对策。Based on the comparison of different S＆T programme management modes in America,Japanese and Britain,this paper finds out that there are some problems of five aspects existing in S＆T programme management mode in our country at present ,including the low scientific evaluation of setting programme,the simple management methods ,the lack of node management control and consciousness of risk prevention ,the incomplete preparation of checking and accepting the programme and so on. Some feasible countermeasures are proposed in the end.
