钢铁表面水性透明耐蚀涂层的研制

摘　　要：以苯丙乳液为主要成膜物质,利用正交试验优化各助剂用量得到了涂料的最佳配方,制备了适用于钢铁表面的水性透明耐蚀涂层。试验结果表明:该涂层具有良好的附着力、耐蚀性、耐湿热性、抗老化性、柔韧性、耐冲击性、透光性和回粘性,而且该涂料的最低成膜温度为4.9℃,可以满足钢铁在室外的防护要求。Using various auxiliaries, taking styrene-acrylic as principal film-former, the optimum formula had been ohtained by orthogonal design and a kind of waterborne transparent corrosion resistant coating adaptable to the surface of steel has been prepared, The results indicated that this coating had better feature of adhesion as well as tarnish resistance, humidity resistance, withering resistance, flexibility, impact resistance and temperature change resistance. Moreover, the lowest temperature of film-formation reached 4.9℃. The coating can meet the protection requirement of steel outdoors.
