摘　　要：对某电厂爆裂的水冷壁管正常管段和爆裂处管段分别进行了宏观分析、显微组织分析、能谱分析和电子探针分析。结果表明,锅炉水冷壁管爆裂的原因为水处理不良,特别是脱氧处理不够导致产生垢下溃疡性腐蚀,进而管壁减薄造成鼓胀及爆裂。通过断口分析,未发现材质缺陷。The normal part and the burst part of a burst water screen pipe were examined by macro and microstructure analyses, AES and EPMA. The bursting reason was the bad treatment of water, resulting in the expansion and bursting of the part of the thinned pipe due to the ulcerative corrosion under scale caused by the insufficiency of deoxidization process. SEM analysis did not find material defects.
