摘 要:采用喷射成形技术制备Mn含量为3.5%的ZA35合金,在不同温度和时间条件下研究了ZA35合金的时效特性。用X射线衍射、扫描和透射电镜等手段研究了合金的显微组织,并测定了合金的力学性能。结果表明,时效处理对喷射成形高锰ZA35合金力学性能影响明显。时效过程中,合金硬度随时间的延长出现了双峰现象。热力学稳定相MnAl6优先从过饱和的α-Al(η-Zn)中析出;随时效温度升高和时效时间延长,亚稳相Al11Cu5Mn3和CuMnZn6依次析出。时效析出的纳米级晶须状和颗粒状MnAl6显著提高了合金的力学性能,抗拉强度可达518MPa,硬度为HB156,伸长率为9.85%。Aging characteristics of ZA35 alloy containing 3.5% Mn which was prepared by spray forming technique were examined with different holding temperature and holding time. Meanwhile, the microstructure of the alloy was observed by means of XRD (X-ray diffraction) and SEM (scanning electron microscope) and TEM (transmission electron microscope), and mechanical properties were measured. The results indicate that mechanical properties of the spray formed ZA35 alloy containing 3.5% Mn are closely related to aging treatment. During aging treatment, two-peak hardness value of the alloy curves can be observed with increasing in aging time. Meanwhile, MnAl6 phase is preferentially precipitated from supersaturated α-Al. In addition, with increasing in aging temperature and aging time, the metastable phase of manganese, such as Al11Cu5Mn3 and CuMnZn phase, can be precipitated from the microstructure. Nano-whisker and MnAl6 particle precipitated from the alloy after aging treatment are responsible for the significant improvement of mechanical properties of the spraying formed alloy.
