摘　　要：通过对现行精密铸造制壳工艺优缺点进行比较,提出一种新型节能精密铸造粘接剂——ZF-801型快干硅溶胶。分析了ZF-801型快干硅溶胶型壳的制壳时间、铸件尺寸精度、表面质量、常温强度、高温强度、残留强度等方面的状况,发现ZF-801型快干硅溶胶是符合较少污染物排放要求,且成本适中的精密铸造制壳专用粘结剂。Developing tendency of investment casting industry at home was analyzed, and shell-making materials for investment casting were comparatively described. A new energy-saving binders for investment casting-ZF-801 rapidly dried sol silicate was introduced. Effects of ZF-801 rapidly-dried sol silicate on shell-making time, castings accuracy, surface quality, ambient and high temperature as well as residual strength of shell mold were described. The results indicate that the sol silicate can fully meet the production requirements.
