推拿对软组织损伤兔β-EP、5-HT含量及组织形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨推拿手法对软组织损伤的镇痛及组织修复作用。方法:采用自制软组织打击器制备兔急性软组织损伤模型,通过正常组、模型组、局部组和穴位组,观察推拿手法的镇痛及组织修复作用。结果:与模型组比较,局部组、穴位组β-EP含量升高,5-HT含量下降明显;局部组与穴位组比较,β-EP含量升高,5-HT含量下降明显;与正常组比较,局部组、穴位组β-EP含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),局部组5-HT含量下降明显接近正常水平,穴位组虽有下降但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);模型组与正常组β-EP和5-HT含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与正常组比较,穴位组的组织形态基本恢复正常;局部组明显减轻;而模型组恢复最差。结论:推拿可以调节外周血中β-EP、5-HT含量,产生镇痛作用;推拿疗法可以促进损伤的组织修复,而穴位推拿治疗明显优于局部推拿治疗。Objective：To discuss the analgesic and repair promotion effect of massage in rabbits with soft tissue injury. Methods：The soft tissue injury model was induced by a striking apparatus. All rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly： normal control, model group, local massage group and acupoint massage group. The analgesic and repair promotion effect of massage was observed. Results：Compared with model group, the content of --EP increased while 5 HT reduced in local massage group and acupoint massage group; compared with acupoint massage group, the content of EP increased and 5-HT reduced in local massage group; compared with normal control, the content of-EP showed no difference in local and acupoint massage group （P〉0.05）, but 5-HT in local massage group reduced significantly and was close to the normal level. The contect of 5-HT in acupoint massage group also reduced but no difference was observed （P〉0.05）. There was significant dfference in the content of -EP and 5-HT between model group and normal control （P〈0.05）. Compared with normal control, morphology in acupoint massage group almost recovered to normal level while in local group, it recovered moderately, with the worse recovery in model group. Conclusion： Massage can regulate the content of -EP and 5-HT in peripheral blood and produce analgesic effect. Massage theray can also promote tissue recovery, with better results in acu point massage group as compared to local massage group.
