摘　　要：通过对国内外近30个已开发的异常高压低渗砂岩油藏渗流、能量特征和开发特征的分析,总结出了提高异常高压低渗砂岩油藏开发效果应采取的开发策略。对于异常高压低渗砂岩油藏,在保持较高的压力水平条件下进行开发,采取合理的生产压差进行生产,以及采取降压投注、开发中后期合理加密井网等措施能够取得较好的开发效果。A reasonable development strategy suit able to sandstone reservoirs with abnormal high pressure and low permeability was developed, by analyzing seepage, energy and development characteristics of 30 similar sandstone reservoirs which were developed at home and abroad. For these sandstone reservoirs with abnormal high pressure and low permeability, much better effects of development may be made by developing under a higher pressure, producing with an appropriate drawdown and using measures such as injection under a re duced pressure and appropriate infilled well pattern during the middle and late development.
